Taste of Danforth, a Toronto street festival to celebrate the flavours of Greece. We decided to make a stop there on Saturday as we're just really into these street goodies this year. We arrived at around 5pm with our sunscreen and sunglasses on, all prepared for the evening.

| Crowds & faces |
Compared to the Asian night markets like NIU! and TOA there were less food booths and more restaurants setting up tables on the streets selling foods, and because we went reasonably early, there wasn't yet a large crowd of people.... which wasn't exactly a bad thing. At one point, it got so hot that we had to make a stop at Ardenes got the a/c; also got some beach shopping done there.
We then bumped into J.Ku, he was there with his cousins... He had these sweet little dessert things in a cup and forced it in our mouths; it just tasted like a timbit. We then went off to explore for more food. We got corn, timmies, pull pork on poutine, pizza, etc etc. The weather got bad after a while, but thank god we had our handy dandy umbrella! Really did come in useful, even these two women behind us stepped under our umbrella, they couldn't stop thanking us! We then continued venturing around coming across these rides which reminded us of our last year CNE moments! Can't wait for it to happen again this summer! Overall, a good experience for the summer, to just go out, and walk through crowds of people.
