Waterfront | July 22nd

Chocomerre crashing T&T Night Market

After working our ass off at NIU! it was time for us PUYO-ers to go crash the T&T Waterfront Night Market! Prior to that, we watched Harry Potter with D.Ngai and J.Ing-Chen; since we watched part 1 together might as well end it with them as well. Although we were awake and starring at the screen throughout the whole time... I don't think we understood anymore than 20% of it... which is quite bad. And even though we were watching the same movie, the group was divided in twos... but that's beside the point.

T&T buddies

After the movie, we stopped by the apple store and checked each other's university schedules. We all made fun of choco's chill courses and even more about some unloaded empty courses. After we almost lost them, the four of us headed towards the food court, some got Starbucks & food and sat for awhile, not doing anything. After J. Ing-Chen dipped, we were joined by E. Mei & Y. Wang. A few rounds of big2 and question and answer were played. We also tried out our 13 card game on D. Ngai, in which he failed quite badly.

Finally it was time to go downtown. During the short ride, we chatted and played descriptive games. Skinny, fit, smart, pretty, childish, short, etc. We were then greeted by J. Ku and C. We never managed to get on the "fun bus" that was provided by the T&T nightmarket, and went on the public transit instead. Surprisingly, the food was a lot cheaper than NIU! and lineups wasn't so bad either. We were actually able to walk freely without having random old men/ladies rub against us. We tried so much food that night, it was ridiculous. Some foods included, lamb, chicken, beef kabobs, potato tornado, squid, watermelon juice, fish balls, shrimp, oyster omelette, bubble tea, ice cream, etc.
Met L. Yuen & S. Truong

We also had our little PUYO gathering and met with many of the members. When it was getting dark, we unexpectedly saw R. Mao, along with his B. Chen crew. Then, we met up with S. Truong & L. Yuen and took some fobby pics. Our day was coming to an end and that was probably when our eardrums started to bleed. Some annoying little girls and their high-pitched voices... We parted at Eglinton station. Long bus rides & walks home... never doing that again. Great day though.
