Monopoly | Aug 12th

Smile

On this day, it was the annual PUYO awards ceremony; it was help at M.Ha's condo party room. Because we're a part of the VRT team we had to arrive early to help set-up! Prior to that, we made a stop at the dollar store to stock up on a few decks of cards due to the previous decks being destroyed from drinking parties.

Yummy Korean food

M. Ha actually got just the right amount of food and because of his Korean ethnicity, we were able to get yummy Korean food to fill ourselves, along with some chicken wings. We didn't sign up for monopoly deal, so we never expected us to play. But surprisingly, we learned this new and fun game and played a few trial rounds. I guess the thing, beginner's luck is true. When most people arrived, we went on with the awards cermony. Each team lead got something as well as a few MVPs. Some surprising ones and some predicted ones.

After the awards, we had some sushi, chips and salsa and popcorn and the tournament began. It was quite fun and intense. This one game that we sat at also took the longest time to finish. When it was over, we had a little time left over and we began playing our charades.

Such a priceless photo

It was actually amazing to see that S. Luong actually printed a hard copy of a list of movies for us to perform. All we have to say was that the time with only our VRT crew was more fun. When it was time to go, we had a discussion on what to do. Apparently some people wanted to go singk at 19+ places, while others wanted to play more monopoly at McDonald's. Long story short, we just ended up going home. However, we did have some fun discussions on age differences and people were surprised that we were 18.

Finally learned to play this fun game
Charades

Our car ride was filled with jokes and laughter as we made numerous jokes about I. Cheung. Choco even changed her name on D. Ngai's phone to baby honey <3. Haha... that is all.
