Our summer singk crew

As true Asians, you must go dim sum at least once in your life time with your Asian buddies, so that's what we, R.Wang, H.Chen, and merre decide to do on a Monday morning. We decided to go try out one of the restaurants in Market Village where H.Chen got lost at in the unknown. I went crazy in the beginning ordering all these dishes, since I was the only "canto" one... While eating, we tried going over things that went on at R.Wang's bbq and realized that us four were the ones who really drank that evening. It was quite funny to see 4 drunkies eating on the same table; we laughed. After lunch, we wandered around pacific mall and soon relocated back to Market Village for bubble tea. We couldn't resist the comfy chairs and tasty beverages; lazy people we are.

From there, we made our way to ten23 for our singk session with the rest of the group. Way too many depressing songs throughout the night, really brought down my mood... but overall it was pretty fun. We managed to get some canto songs in here and there; usually its just mando and english. We also got a random visitor coming in and out, aka miss J.Kan.

Of course, as one of our after singk traditions, we made our way to Congee Queen for dinner to end off the night; half in a car and half on our feet. We had a whole discussion of tv shows and dramas, whether it was white, korean, cantonese, or mandarin; it was quite an intense discussion. After dinner, D.Ngai drove me home and before actually reaching home, we made a stop at Shops At Don Mills, as I wanted to go wish my dear friend J.Lau a happy birthday; I was like 2 hours late... I apologize..!
